Meeting this commitment requires to work together as a team, establish objectives to support this quality commitment, and continually review performance to these objectives.

We are therefore; commit ourselves to achieving the following objectives for quality:

• • Provide confidence to management, our employees, clients and stakeholders that the requirements for quality are being fulfilled and maintained and that quality improvement is continuously taking place.

Fulfill all quality system requiremens stated in our quality policy manual, including the requirements of ISO 9001; 2000 .

P.F.C has implemented and will continually improve the quality system defined in our quality system manual.

Management representative is responsible to communicate this policy to all employees and ensure that it is understood at all levels.
